**Your Duties as a client manager will include...**
- Manage & follow up with client document collection, and case progress, make constant communication with clients as required for updates;
- Maintain and update company case management system on a regular basis;
- Draft letters and documents;
- Engage in company training and professional development trainings;
- Do a good follow up with every client's case and be aware of special situations and make reports;
- Other assigned tasks;
**To be successful in this position..**
- Regulated Immigration Consultant;
- Minimum 1 Year of direct related work experience;
- Able to manage more than 200 cases at the same time;
- Attention to details and extremely organized;
- Able to put client's interest first and always be thoughtful;

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- immigration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Cantonese (preferred)
- Mandarin (required)
