Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create and review Non-Functional Test scripts using LoadRunner/JMeter for web portals and native apps
- Execute Load Tests, Stress Test, SOAK Test and Break Tests
- Analyze performance results to identify system inefficiencies and suggest optimizations to address the same
- Report discrepancies and analyze them to determine the root cause. Evaluate script failures at high level.
- Coordinate with development and Infra teams/peers on the resolution of issues and ensuring that high standards of quality are being met
- Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis
- Knowledge of full system development life cycles and various development methodologies
- Coach and mentor, the junior team members to nurture team productivity and professional development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
