Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise station staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize productivity and customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of necessary supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and inventory
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Gas Station Management: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
