At the Brant Norfolk Veterinary Clinic, you are encouraged to use various types of skillsets, as you can never predict what will come through our door. We provide support and assistance to our Veterinarians who have an interest in escalating their practice into any specialty type development. All shifts are overlapped with another Veterinarian, which allows for mentorship and an opportunity to progress your practice in emergency medicine. Our full time Veterinarians have been with us for 10+ years and are superior mentors. New grads are welcome to apply. Our shifts range from weekday evenings and weekend days/evenings.

**As a full time employee, you will receive**:

- **Starting salary of $85 to $95 per hour, plus the opportunity to receive biannual growth sharing profits. You will also receive $110 per hour on any statutory weekends worked.**:

- **Healthy work-life balance,** as you are only required to work 10 shifts per month, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts if you choose.
