Our Nuclear Services, located in Tiverton, ON, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

**Summary of the Role**:
The **Project Coordinator** is responsble for facilitating safe, effective quality construction in addition to the administration of contracts and contractual obligations including those relating to hosting and coordinating subcontractors, contract changes, order changes, drawings, and material requisitions. The Project Coordinator will also provide support to the Project Manager with various project-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the project management team.
- Quantity surveying.
- Implement processes and procedures and conduct training sessions when necessary.
- Coordinate all project management, engineering, and construction activities.
- Interface between various internal and external stakeholders (project services, engineering, procurement, construction, and quality).
- Shift reports and documentation.
- Able to speak to the status against schedule.
- Assist with material ordering including drawing take offs.
- Support the project management team in monitoring project performance (cost, schedule, quality) and assist in completing and distributing regular project reports and logs to key stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of project close-out activities and transfer to operations.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Technologist or Technicians Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Understanding of project management and construction processes, and need for procedural compliance is a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Previous experience at a nuclear power plant an asset.
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment an asset.
- Previous experience as a project scheduler, coordinator, or manager an asset.
- Previous supervisory experience an asset.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or alternative project scheduling software an asset.
