Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

**Job Summary**
As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships by providing financial advice and promoting banking products and services.
**Duties**:
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and resolve customer inquiries
- Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets
- Conduct outbound sales activities to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site/remote role for a Commercial Relationship Banker at Gta Factors in Vaughan Ontario. The role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, recommending and selling appropriate products and services, and analyzing financial information to assess the needs of clients.
**Qualifications**
- MUST be a current commercial banker or a branch manager at one of the 5 major banks in Canada
- Must be experienced in all cash managements services offered by a bank
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide appropriate recommendations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
- Experience in client relationship management and sales
- Certifications in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
Pay: $160,000.00-$240,000.00 per year
