**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Team Member to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our club. As part of the maintenance team, you will help ensure our facility is spotless, safe, and inviting for our members and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Tasks**: Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- **Window & Glass Maintenance**: Regularly clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a polished, streak-free appearance.
- **Restroom & Washroom Maintenance**: Maintain restrooms and locker rooms by ensuring they are stocked, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standards.
- **Laundry & Towel Management**: Oversee towel distribution, laundering, and stocking to ensure ample supply during peak hours.
- **General Janitorial Duties**: Empty trash, sanitize equipment, and perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain an immaculate environment.
- **Light Maintenance Work**: Address minor repairs or maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Experience**: Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all areas meet a pristine standard.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently under pressure.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cohesively with the Corten team.
