**About the Position**:
As a Lot Attendant, you will support the Sales and Service Departments in the management and display of new, used, and customer vehicles in the dealership and on the lot.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Washing and cleaning lot and customer vehicles.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the lot, service, and showroom areas.
- Plating and gassing up vehicles as required.
- General maintenance of the dealership.
- Working outdoors in all types of weather.
- Daily Dealership opening and/or closing procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by management

**Applicants must have**:

- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail and high quality control standards;
- Reliable and customer-service focused;
- Strong team player and the ability to cooperate with various departments;
- Ability to work under pressure and stay organized;
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required;
- Class 5 Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record;
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles; and
- Previous Lot Attendant experience is an asset.
