**Seasonal Snowmaker**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Set up air-water fan snowmaking guns.
- Check and adjust air and water hydrants to maintain snow quality regularly.
- Operate snowmobiles that may be towing snowmaking equipment or pulling hoses.
- Hook up and clean out snowmaking hoses and equipment regularly.
- Ensure safety requirements are met and adhered to at all times.

**OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Relocate snowmaking equipment to various locations on mountain, as required.
- Maintain clean and operating snow making equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job._

**Qualifications**
- **Knowledge, Skills & Ability**:

- Ability to work long hours at night in outdoor environment with variable weather conditions.
- Ability to respond appropriately to verbal and written directions.
- Ability to work in a team environment. ** **Education or Formal Training: *
- High School degree preferred. ** **Experience: *
- Previous snowmaking and snowmobile operation preferred. *
- **Physical Activities**:

- Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, lifting, pulling, driving.
- Must be able to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, ice chippers, hand picks, and steel spud bar (15lbs)
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and/or drag 100 pounds or more.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
