**Position Summary**

This is a Full-Time position based in our Oakville, Ontario warehouse (not a remote role).

The Parts Specialist will facilitate all shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Facilitates receiving and storage of goods and equipment in the warehouse
- Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigates discrepancies and adjusts errors
- Receives, stores, moves, and packs inbound and outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse.
- Coordinates and processes parts orders for Field Service Technicians and customers
- Loads and unloads materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles, manually or mechanically
- Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Performs interior/exterior cleaning and basic operational testing of Orange EV Terminal Trucks

**Position Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a parts-related business or industry
- Experience with electronic inventory management systems and/or basic Excel skills, including data entry, simple formulas, and spreadsheet organization
- Able to lift to 50 lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable maneuvering large vehicles (no commercial license required)
- Class “G” license required
- Prior experience managing and coordinating field service orders and inventories
- Experience in shipping and logistics
- Forklift experience

Résumé du poste

Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein basé dans notre entrepôt d'Oakville, en Ontario (pas un poste à distance).

Le spécialiste des pièces détachées facilitera toutes les activités d'expédition, de réception et d'entreposage tout en maintenant un inventaire précis et à jour.

Responsabilités du poste
- Facilite la réception et le stockage des marchandises et de l'équipement dans l'entrepôt
- Vérifie les calculs d'inventaire en les comparant aux décomptes physiques des stocks et enquête sur les écarts et ajuste les erreurs
- Reçoit, stocke, déplace et emballe les matériaux, l'équipement et les autres articles entrants et sortants de l'entrepôt.
- Coordonne et traite les commandes de pièces pour les techniciens de service sur le terrain et les clients
- Charge et décharge les matériaux des palettes, des patins, des plates-formes, des voitures, des appareils de levage ou d'autres véhicules de transport, manuellement ou mécaniquement
- Nettoie et entretient les fournitures, les outils, l'équipement et les zones de stockage pour assurer la conformité aux réglementations de sécurité
- Effectue le nettoyage intérieur/extérieur et les tests opérationnels de base des camions du terminal Orange EV

Qualifications du poste
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans une entreprise ou un secteur lié aux pièces détachées
- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion électronique des stocks et/ou compétences de base en Excel, y compris la saisie de données, les formules simples et l'organisation de feuilles de calcul
- Capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb sur une base régulière
- Doit être à l'aise avec les manœuvres de gros véhicules (aucun permis commercial requis)
- Permis de classe « G » requis
- Expérience préalable de la gestion et de la coordination des commandes et des inventaires de service sur le terrain
- Expérience en expédition et en logistique
- Expérience en chariot élévateur
