**Exceptional Opportunity**:
Carson Automotive Group** **requires a results oriented **_Bodyshop Manager_** to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full time, position located at our Suburban Motors dealership in Victoria, BC.

**Principal Duties**:

- Overall accountability for the Suburban Bodyshop Department and team;
- Leads and develops Bodyshop Department employees;
- Establishes processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Strives for 100% customer satisfaction;
- Maintains effective and efficient Bodyshop operations;
- Assists the Bodyshop Advisor with estimates;
- Liaises with insurance companies on repair issues;
- Completes administrative and management tasks as required.

**Position Requirements (minimum experience)**:

- 5 - 7 years of service experience, preferably in the automotive industry;
- 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience with a strong Service Management track record;
- Effective computer and administrative capabilities;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
