**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as, Sage,
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with account reconciliation processes to maintain ledger accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Support budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Payroll processing and related record keeping
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes

**Experience**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Experience with account analysis and budgeting is highly desirable
- Experience with payroll processing and related systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines is advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
