Job Description:
A concrete machinery driver operates a truck mounted with a boom crane under 22 tons. Duties of crane operator / driver are as follows:

- drive to and from construction sites located throughout the Greater Vancouver Area
- picks up and delivers a variety of concrete machinery
- protect self and others by following procedures that are safe
- communicates effectively, is flexible, and discusses and resolves issues
- uses and cares for tools and equipment associated with delivery, i.e. truck, crane, machinery

Position Requirements:

- 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Class 3 with air brakes
- Valid BC driver's license with clean driving record
- Crane certification for folding boom 22 tonnes and under (Fulford crane certification)
- Must be well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of GVRD trucking routes
- must have proper personal protective gear (steel-toe boots, hard hat, protective glasses, vest, gloves)

Beneficial, but not required:

- Experience in the concrete industry
- Class 1 license
- Transport Dangerous Good certificate
- Level 1 First Aid

**Salary**: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
