As an Assistant Front Store Manager, you will be responsible for caring for our patients and our community. You will work with the front store team to meet store goals and to support company initiatives.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities by bringing passion, enthusiasm and energy into the work environment on a daily basis

Promote a client-centric approach within the store by encouraging initiatives focusing on nutrition, health & wellness

Identify ways in which front shop and pharmacy programs intersect and ensure communication to maximize customer interface is smooth and seamless towards achieving exceptional customer service

Responsible for ensuring that the store achieves and maintains financial targets and growth

Champion team level expertise including health and wellness product knowledge, merchandising, loss prevention and Health and Safety

Ensure the store achieves and maintains budgeted sales, gross profit, inventory targets, labour costs, shrink, and controllable store expenses

Maintain a positive work environment

Communicate clearly and openly with customers and co-workers

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Other responsibilities as assigned

Above average verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-directed and able to work independently

Ability to work well in a team environment

1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role is preferred

3+ years’ experience in a retail setting

Flexible availability

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
