**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing information about our menu.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests, checking back to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining & server areas.
- Work the barista station (training provided).
- Assist in dishwashing.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food products.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash transactions effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Smart Serve certification is necessary.
