**Integration Analyst (Power Platform Specialist)**

**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within a public sector utility organization. This role is part of a cross-functional team within the Project Management Office (PMO) and will focus on designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes and improve data visibility.

This is a one-year contract with an option to extend for an additional year. The role follows a hybrid work model with on-site presence required three days per week in Halifax, NS.

**Job DescriptionPower Platform Development & Integration**:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps to address business requirements.
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to automate manual processes.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Design**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Translate functional needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Document solution designs, workflows, and integration points.

**Support, Documentation & Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Power Platform solutions.
- Deliver user documentation, training, and onboarding support for business users.

**Required ExperienceKey Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Power Platform tools with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the utility industry is an asset.
- Certifications or training in SAFe®, PMI-DASM, or CSM methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery models.

**Work Environment & Additional Details**
- Location: Halifax, NS — on-site 3 days/week, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Atlantic Time).
- Tools & Systems: All work must be conducted using client systems, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Contract Term: Initial 1-year term, with an optional 1-year extension.
- Team Structure: Reports into a blended team of internal and external project resources within the PMO.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
