**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Diagnose foot-related conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform treatments such as nail care, wound management, and orthotic fittings.
- Administer medications as required and educate patients on proper foot care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital or home care setting to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving chiropody practices and patient outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Podiatry or a related field with relevant licensure to practice as a Chiropodist.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to podiatry and foot health.
- Experience working in a hospital environment or medical office is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pediatrics is a plus for those working with younger patients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
- Ability to perform data collection for research purposes to contribute to advancements in chiropody care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
