- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Education; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Significant progressive experience in the Education field, including teaching in a school environment and working with Support Staff including Educational Assistants
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use conflict resolution techniques to facilitate positive outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to teach on campus and remotely
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience developing curriculum and instructing at a post-secondary level
- Certificate in Teaching for Learning or Adult Education
- Experience developing and instructing distance-delivered courses including online
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver blended (synchronous and asynchronous) instruction
- Knowledge of EDIA programs and initiatives, anti-racism, accessibility, or inclusive leadership

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months
- Instructors are required to complete the Teaching for Learning (TFL) in Applied Education program or have previously completed the Certificate in Adult Education (CAE)
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
- The incumbent must hold a valid Manitoba Teaching certificate and be in good standing
