We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team and help drive our projects to success.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry tasks. You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and perform rough and finish carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and flooring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate construction.
- Supervise and mentor a team of apprentices, and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience.
- Certification in carpentry (Red Seal or equivalent) is an asset but not required.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
