As you come through our doors, you'll find a welcoming and friendly small-town atmosphere where people connect over handmade food, coffee, and good music. During the day, our bakers whip up homemade flavors of cream cheeses, fillings for our squares, caramels, icings, cookies, and soups. Every night, they make dozens of our artisan 'Mountain Style' bagels in 9 different flavors, along with our muffins. We support our community by partnering with the finest local producers in the Bow Valley.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENING BAKER**

In this Evening Baker role, you are the mastermind behind creating quality bagels. You work throughout the evening completing a number of tasks from weighing and measuring, to shaping and baking. Embracing our company culture, you create quality bagels and muffins while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The physical demands of a busy bakery is nothing you can't handle, and you maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.

You are a true team player and help where you are needed. Whether it's cleaning floors, bathrooms, and surface areas, you work efficiently to keep our bakery running smoothly. You communicate with supervisors and managers so that they can respond accordingly. At the end of the day, you feel good about the quality bagels you have created for our customers.

**EVENING BAKER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to learn quickly
- Passion for baking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive, physical tasks
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Great attitude

**EVENING BAKER WORK SCHEDULE**

This position works between the hours of **4 pm - 1 am, Monday to Sunday**. End times may vary based on production levels.
