As **Crew Foreman**, you have **strong interpersonal skills**, are a **team player** and will **provide mentorship** to other workers. You take direction from the supervisor with facility and pipeline maintenance tasks, including rigging and hoisting, trenching, unloading and moving materials, working in a high traffic area, etc., provide general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of work area and act as a spotter and flagger for heavy equipment operators when deemed necessary. You have the ability to **make decisions quickly**, **work under pressure** and **prioritize work** effectively while maintaining a **positive attitude**.

**Qualifications & Requirements** _(not limited to):_
- 3-5 years experience
- Ability to follow direction and attention to detail
- Must follow industry and company polices, safe work practices & procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, labour-intensive environment
- Must be willing to work outdoors in fluctuating climates (hot, cold, wet) and environmental conditions
- Valid Safety and/or Operator Tickets an asset (i.e., H2S Alive, CSTS, OSSA Fall Protection, OSSA Confined Space and Standard First Aid with CPR, Skid Steer Operator Certificate, etc.)
- Previous oil & gas construction and maintenance experience an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Experience running a two ton truck with picker

- CSTS

- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Cargo Management
- First Aid with CPR

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour
