**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Understanding of the customer order details, styles, colors, designs / prints.
- Understanding the MOQ and MCQ
- Selecting right vendor based on their past performance and capability of delivering the quality goods in time.
- Collecting quotations and order finalizing from suitable vendors for right quality and right price and lowest lead time.
- Coordinating with accounts teams for payments / LCs
- Sharing all technical details of fabrics/ garments / articles to vendor after order finalizations
- Follow up and approvals for lab dips/ Strike offs, PP samples.
- Follow up and monitoring of production within desired timelines with a complete check on quality.
- Identification of bottlenecks and providing suitable solution
- Approval of shipment samples
- Coordinating with inspection agencies/ QCs for inspection.
- Understanding the inspection report, sharing with customer, taking a call on defects and final approval
- Coordinating with Logistics team
- Informing customers for regarding shipment and follow up for payments.
- Resolving the quality issues if any.

**Sills Required**:

- Planning and Execution skills
- Basic IT skills MS Excel and Mailing
- Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Basic Technical knowledge of Textile fabrics, made ups, home têxtiles
- Coordination Skills
- Flexibility to work in different time zones

**Experience **:Minimum 3 years relevant experience

**Education **:Diploma / Degree in Textile preferably

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
