Food Truck Manager/production Worker

Receive proper production worker training
- Ensure quality control of hand made products
- Monitor every aspect of cooking procedures to ensure a consistent, quality product
- Oversee cooking and selling processes on food truck
- Ensure proper safety of food truck and food truck workers
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products
- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions
- Ensure all city and company legislations are adhered to
- Create clear and concise cleaning procedures for food truck space
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of food truck
- Must have experience working in the food industry
- Must have previous managerial experience
- Must have Food Handlers Certificate
- Post-Secondary food and beverage experience is valued but not mandatory
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
