**Organizational Level 1**: Amdocs Services **Organizational Level 2 **:Amdocs SI Services **Manager**: Bob Sanyal **Location**: Canada - Toronto (Customer Site) **Talent Acquisition**:Karen Ann Stephens **Required Travel**: Minimal **Open to Relocation**: Relocation - No **Referral Bonus Reward Amount**:$1,000.00 - **_ _**_In case this job is open for Amdocs employees only _**_"Refer Friend to Job"_**_ option is disabled_ **Who are we?**: **In one sentence**: Responsible for all Testing engagements, leading global teams of Amdocs, Sub-Contractors and customer and growing the testing business with the client. **What will your job look like?**: - Own the overall testing scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; set program plan, set priorities, ensure optimization, and resolve conflicts to improve efficiency towards the business result or strategic intent. - Ensure the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results. - Lead all service aspects of the testing P&L based on the account governance guidelines. - Build partnerships with the Customer Business Executive (CBE) and Service Partner (SP) teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers and credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant partners at multiple levels; both internal and external. - Understand the customers' strategic needs and the business environment, and to partner with the CBE to enable new testing opportunities. **All you need is...**: - 7-10 years of experience leading large software testing teams in a production oriented environment - 8 years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution. - Experience with customer-facing activities. - 5 years of experience working in telecommunications industries - Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries). - Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment. - Proven and consistent professional (you are the bridge builder, you set the example for others in to follow as it relates to communication, managing expectations, and building/growing partnerships). - Proactive care: you have the experience that only comes with time: the ability to solve potential problems before they become the customer’s problem **Why you will love this job**: - Have overall responsibility and authority for Amdocs testing engagement with the customer. - Develop business relationship with people from all customer departments - IT, business etc. as well as Amdocs CBU, delivery and operations - Grow the testing business through farming value based relationship with the clientele, seeing opportunities of growth and driving them to completion. - Join a growing organization, with ever growing opportunities for personal growth and one of the highest scores of employee engagement in Amdocs. - Have the opportunity to work with the industry most sophisticated testing technologies and help customers shift into the new testing realities of the digital world - We are a dynamic, multi-cultural organization that constantly innovates and empowers our employees to grow.
