**About the Position**

**ATS Traffic provides all required training and tickets to get you started**

You **must be at least 18 years old**. Please note that this is a safety sensitive position with a **zero tolerance policy for use of marijuana**, medical and recreational.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct traffic through construction zones using hand signals or a Stop/Slow paddle
- Ensure the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and workers on the site
- Communicate with construction crews and the public to provide traffic control updates
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines established by the company and regulatory authorities

**Qualifications**
- A Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean 3 year driver's abstract is an asset but not required for the role, and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred) or reliable transportation
- Previous experience as a Flagger is an asset, however **ATS covers the cost and provides** **ALL training and tickets to get you started**:

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
- Aware of surroundings and ability to follow instructions
