**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and schedules for project milestones.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam) for effective project management.
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight related to construction projects.
- Knowledgeable in quality control processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
