**Job Purpose**

**Primary Job Duties**
- Serve as the principal communicator with internal stakeholders regarding project status.
- Help define program scope with program success indicators to reap benefits of the program within a defined timeframe.
- Help to prioritize program requirements working with engineering leadership and other appropriate stakeholders.
- Participate in and facilitate discussions between business owners, stakeholders, and engineering, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting and tracking follow-up items.
- Provide regular update to Business stakeholders and consumers of program deliverables.
- Partner with all functional disciplines impacted by the project/ initiatives to ensure that the “end to end” planning is comprehensive by managing dependencies across all active projects.
- Log and review program risks with stakeholders and take timely action to mitigate or eliminate risks.
- Provide quality assurance tracking and oversight.
- Collaborate across the program to leverage diverse thoughts and ideas.
- Coordinate the software release process.
- Assume a leadership role in the collection, review and publication of comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope and other aspects of the project with the ultimate goal of demonstrating that these activities have been addressed.

**What You Bring to The Table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Software, Computer) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in development, test, or management of complex systems.
- Very good communication skills, in French (read and spoken) and English (read, written and spoken);
- Very organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong abilities to identify, prevent and, when needed, solve problems;
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Experience in product development in an Agile environment.
- Experience with embedded systems development.
- Machine or automotive electrical systems integration experience.
