Store Sales Associate

We are looking for a Store Sales Associate for our Store located in Vaughan, ON, you will be empowered to be the ambassador of our brand, and to help drive product and service excellence.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Acting as a brand ambassador for our product lines by knowledge sharing through in person product consultation, presentations, training and/or demonstrations to peers and customers.
- Promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Professionally address any customer’s inquiries, complaints, returns etc.
- Inventory management, monitoring inventory levels and maintaining an active product supply.
- Product merchandising in accordance with seasonality of items or product mix
- Participate in spearheading any sales, marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Ensuring orderly merchandise displays are clean and organized.
- Daily deliveries to customers with Würth delivery truck
- Daily reconciling of sales transactions and ensuring premise cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure compliance with operational, legislative and operating policies and procedures.
- Administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
- Additional duties may also involve daily delivery to our customers: _
- Safely operating company vehicle to and from assigned destinations.
- Providing excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- Ability to neatly & accurately complete paperwork in a timely basis.
- Engage with the local community to build relationships in industries suited to the typical target customer base (Automotive, Trucking, MRO and Construction)
- Contribute to a high-performance team environment through personal actions; exceeding monthly goals and a commitment to corporate values

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ year of experience in a relevant sales role.
- Completion of a High School Diploma.
- Post secondary education is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with MS Office and electronic devices.
- Strong oral, listening and written communicational skills.
- Previous experience in merchandising is considered an asset.
- A valid driver’s licence with a clear driver’s abstract.
- A strong sense of hunger to learn and innovate and a drive to be successful.
- Respectful with excellent presentation and courteous mannerism.
- Strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial drive.
- Energetic personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Full proficiency in written and oral French and English would be considered an asset.

**Hours of Operation**:

- Responsible for opening or closing the store daily (one of two available shifts 6:30am - 3:30pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm). Official sales center hours are 7am - 5pm.
