**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers via phone and in-person, demonstrating knowledge of archery sales and service
- Set up and service of compound bows, crossbows and recurve bows
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Assist customers with technical sales inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on product features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality.
- Perform basic math calculations to assist with transactions and inventory management.
**Requirements**:
- Must have archery service experience
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication abilities.
- Experience in sales or technical sales is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully selling products or services.
- Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate transaction processing.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment are crucial for success in this role.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
