The Volcom Store is hiring a full time, permanent Store Manager for Peter Pond Mall.

The Volcom Store is the shopping destination for Volcom branded clothing and accessories for kids, women and men. Live the snow, skate and surf lifestyle with Volcom.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- A proven track record of generating and driving sales
- Experienced in retail management and customer service
- Foster an inclusive workplace and shopping experience
- Desire to hire, coach, mentor and train sales team
- Superior ability at retail operational tasks
- Creatively to develop inspiring in-store visual displays
- Passion for brands and selection of items carried in-store
- Working knowledge of loss prevention control methods
- Inspire team and self to uphold company policies and standards
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes and use ladders
