- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication techniques.
- Experience working at the front desk in a hotel or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to guest services.
