**Duties**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and social media
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling content that resonates with target audiences
- Experience with performance marketing and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
