**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Casino Shift Manager, this position ensures that Casino guests have an exceptional entertainment experience by supervising Live Games department staff and activities. The position also has a strong emphasis on risk management and game protection, by monitoring game play for discrepancies or deviations from procedure.

**Responsibilities include**: Monitoring Live Games operations, with scrupulous attention to ensuring fair and clean games. Communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff. Assisting department management with staffing and performance management. Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Casino Shift Manager. Creating, distributing and revising staff schedules to meet operational needs and control costs. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to ensure the Casino’s Live Games players have an exceptional entertainment experience.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace. SIGA adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations and makes every effort to limit the adverse effects of these elements.

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

**Job Requirements**: Education**
- Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

**Experience**
- Experience in the Gaming industry, preferably in the Live Games department would be an asset.
- Experience assisting with recruitment, training and coaching of staff while in a supervisor role.
