**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in securing mortgage financing by evaluating their financial status and needs.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products and recommend suitable options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
- Stay up to date with market trends, interest rates, and mortgage industry regulations.
- Work with underwriters and lenders to ensure timely approvals and funding.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients throughout the mortgage process.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Mortgage Associate or Broker license (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or sales is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software.
