We offer a complete product line of barrels, plungers, fittings, accessories and heat treated tubing needed for downhole pump installations.
Basic Employee Responsibilities
Every employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner
**Specific responsibilities include the following**:

- Leading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures
- Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment
- Being responsible - on time for work, and take breaks during designated times
- Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request for assistance as needed

Position Specific Responsibilities
This is a general production worker role with various production-line duties performed as directed by the manager. Examples of these include:

- Follow instructions and safe working procedures
- Process work orders
- Regular machine and work area cleaning
- Regular preventive maintenance and machine repairs.
- Pin Installation
- Broaching and assisting with other manual machining tasks as required.
- Deburring and Polishing
- Picking parts and issuing to job orders
- Putting away and organizing finished goods in the area.
- Part protection like Wax Dipping and part wrapping.
- Other similar duties as requested by the manager

Required Minimum Qualifications
Outline the minimum educational & work experience requirements
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing.
- Ability to measure pieces using measuring equipment to verify that the size meets the specifications.
- Ability to work independently.
- When required, be part of a team, fellow operators and management to co-ordinate efforts to ensure that machines are used efficiently, and work priorities are well managed.
- Ability to learn new specifications and procedures through on-the-job training and experience.

Physical Demands
- Periodic heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
- Standing for 8 hours
- Machine shop environment
- Inside work
