**Job Overview**
We seek a receptionist for our pharmaceutical research organization, Nucro-Technics, located at Ellesmere Rd. & Markham Rd., in Scarborough.
- Greet customers
- Answer a multi-line phone
- Prepare and mail out reports and correspondence
- Carry out filing as needed
- Prepare shipping document for parcels

**Qualifications**High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or as a customer service rep
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with high accuracy (In case you don’t know your typing speed, there are many free websites that will allow you to test yourself at no cost. The tests take a minute each).
- Strong in handling details precisely
