**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns from facility occupants.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and coworkers.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.36-$20.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
