**Customer Service & Sales Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Build rapport with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Address customer concerns and ensure they select the right product for them.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system, including cash handling.
- Ensure all customer purchases comply with provincial cannabis regulations.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Maintain compliance with all cannabis regulations.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Ensure all signage and product displays are up-to-date and accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 19+ (legal requirement).
- Selling It Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop product knowledge.
- Previous retail or cannabis industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Sales experience is a plus.

**Position Details**:

- Part-time Store Associate (Budtender)
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
- Hours: 20-25 hours per week
- Schedule: Based on your provided availability
