Aritzia is growing, and the Modern Workplace Technologies team in our Cloud & Infrastructure department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for supporting, administering, and continuously improving Aritzia’s collaboration technology solutions. As the Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, you will provide expert support and administration while acting as a key liaison to promote collaboration technologies across the organization. You will play a crucial role in optimizing tools that drive productivity and connection at Aritzia. **THE ROLE**

As the Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, you will:

- D esign, implement, secure and maintain modern technology infrastructure and services that enhance collaboration, productivity, and innovation across all Aritzia workplaces - including:

- Collaboration tools (M365 platform )
- Communication tools ( Including Zoom and MS TEAMS )
- Meeting room tools (Zoom and Supporting Hardware)
- Build, test and deploy collaboration technology features that unlock technology and business value
- Act as a level two support for existing collaboration technologies, ensuring reliable and performant solutions

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**

The Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, has p roven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in collaboration technologies, with at least 5 years of experience in end user support services
- C ertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar, are an asset
- Analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of collaboration tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- An ability to identify and address operational challenges and inefficiencies in the Collaboration Technology portfolio
- Knowledge of security and data governance in SaaS environments and drive successful adoption of collaboration technologies
- A focus on meeting the needs and expectations of internal users and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders- **THE COMPENSATION**- The typical hiring range for this position is $75 ,000 -$125,000 per year. The final agreed upon s alary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.-
