**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate delivery vehicles and or their personal vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload wholesale orders and delivery arrangements, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
- Facilitate routine inspections (at mechanic or dealerships) of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition - ex: timely oil changes, maintenance and tire checks.
- Pick up specialty items from select grocery stores and wholesalers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including kms tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with owners and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service while delivering goods, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Valid personal vehicle safe and clean for deliveries.
- Valid Alberta driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Valid car insurance.
- Comfortable driving a transit van or cargo van.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
- Must be able to present themselves professionally.
