Universal Conversion Technologies (UCT) is actively seeking new talent
UCT, an Equisoft subsidiary, is a one-stop solution partner for data conversion, integration, analysis, auditing, cleansing, balancing and reporting. Our firm specializes in complex, high-volume data migration projects that frequently involve multiple systems. UCT also offers its advanced proprietary data conversion tools under licensing agreements. We have developed a unique expertise, methodology and technology stack that dramatically reduces the cost and risk associated with data migration projects.
Reporting to President - UCT, the Business Solutions Leader is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving the technical sales and growth strategy for our products and services. **A DAY IN YOUR LIFE**
- Build, develop and discover prospective clients and new target segments
- Provide pre-sales and sales services to potential and new clients, make use of each opportunity and client relationship to discover and pursue additional business
- Prepare and adapt promotional presentations to clients’ needs
- Develop and maintain client information records of key personnel, product usage and developing opportunities
- Plan, develop and implement social strategies/campaigns
- Expand and maintain effective knowledge of markets, competition, products and strategies
- Collaborate with the broader corporate sales team in assuring regional performance, all sales activities and collateral, client satisfaction, execution of company and corporate business plans
- Develop common strategies with a broader corporate sales team and ensure target attainment
- Have an eye for acquisition targets that add value to the long-term business strategy
**MUST-HAVES**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years proven experience as a sales consultant, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong background with Data Technologies Techniques and Tools
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline and close new deals
- Sales experience in the insurance or financial services industries
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Proven presentation skills to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset
- Position requires frequent travel
