**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout specifications.
- Lay tiles in accordance with design plans, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to cut, shape, and install tiles accurately.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters or handymen, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of waste materials and keeping tools organized.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and tile laying techniques.
- Familiarity with flooring installation practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to tile setting and general construction tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
