**Summary**
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team at English Bay Dental Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience while managing administrative tasks. Your contributions will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional dental care.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Tracker software.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination of services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist for a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of Tracker software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
