Camfil is a global leader in clean air solutions. Our products impact customers worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead our Production team. The role is based in Concord, Ontario.

The SALARY is competitive based on experience and will include, performance bonus, cell phone, health benefits, pension and starting with 3 weeks’ vacation. The operation is day shift only but may include overtime and occasional work Saturdays.
- Supervising production staff in the manufacturing of products including scheduling, organizing workflow, resolving problems, meeting deadlines and overseeing quality - Planning, reporting and monitoring of performance
- Implementing cost reductions and process improvements using Lean tools and 6S
- Budgeting and implementing capital expenditures
- Hiring, training and coaching employees and maintaining company polices and improvements
- Maintain safe, clean work environment and chairing Health and Safety committee - Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and overseeing repairs
- 10+ years management experience in a production environment
- Customer focused
- Experience in Continuous Improvement/Cost Savings
- Hands on approach to problem solving
- Highly organized with above average communication and computer skills
