- BC Operations is currently seeking dedicated and safety-minded Spare School Bus Drivers to join our team. Hours are flexible and are based on YOUR schedule. Drivers must be able to demonstrate our Core Values while ensuring our children get Safely Home on a daily basis. Employees enjoy fulfilling engagement and working relationships with all levels of management.

Spare drivers must be comfortable with navigation as they can cover any route. A good knowledge of Kitimat and surrounding area is essential.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday - spare drivers are able to provide their availability in advance and work as little or as often as they like.

Spare drivers are paid according to the route they are covering.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (FREE Class 2 training provided)
- Organized, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Clean driver’s abstract with safe driving record
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector search

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
