We offer a results-driven 360 degree experience including small group training, personal training, expert coaching, nutritional guidance and great amenities for moms. _**MOVE**_provides an inspiring escape from your regular day to day. **The Job**: - Provide a "WOW" experience to MOVE members - Engage and build relationships with members. - Administrative work including MINDBODY software, Canva, Mailchimp, and others. - Proactively improve member experience, retention and initiatives keeping in mind a 360 experience - Prepare smoothies and manage our MOVE smoothie bar offerings, including new products, promoting smoothies and managing inventory, - Assist with Marketing and Promotion activities of MOVE products, services and events, including help creating collateral, signage, etc. - Promote actively on social media and help bring in new leads. - Maintain cleanliness of facility and change rooms, towel laundry, and other administrative duties as required. * - Provide engaging care and a rewarding experience to our little MOVERS infants and toddlers as part of our childminding service during our training sessions. - Engage with parents and members on a daily basis as well as being present at club social events. - Assist with after-school programs - Promote programming actively on social media. - Healthy nutrition and fitness background/interest preferred. - Maintain cleanliness of facility, child minding space and change rooms on a daily basis - **Ideal Skills + Experience**: - Previous front desk reception experience. - Fitness and exercise background preferred. - Juice/smoothie bar or healthy food service experience beneficial - Program for Co-op and Internship students available * - Previous experience in a child minding/child care role ( ideally caring for multiple children at once) - Healthy nutrition and fitness background/interest preferred. - Experience creating fun programming and activities for toddlers and preschool aged children would be ideal - A personal love for being a part of a health and fitness community a must - Willingness to wear many hats and take on extra duties as required to keep our space running super smoothly - 1-3 years customer service experience preferred ( retail, childcare, food and beverage ) Be apart of an amazing and growing team of women driving MOVE's mission to help women fall in love in fitness for all the right reasons.
