**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction and assembly of structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various building tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Laborer or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques and maintenance person skills is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus, aiding in the understanding of project requirements.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks involving heavy lifting.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork orientation are essential for success in this role.
