Position: Service Advisor

Position Type: Full time, Permanent

Location: Saanichton, BC

Work Schedule: 40hrs/week

**Position Overview**

Velocity Truck Centres, Canada (previously P&R Truck Centre ) is looking for a top SERVICE ADVISOR for our Saanichton dealership who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience. **Primary Job Functions**
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates.
- Invoicing.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges.

**Qualifications**
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
