**What will you do?**
- Take initiative and inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively train and coach the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs to your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

- Passionate about the retail culture and has a keen eye for style
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets
- Exceptional one on one selling skills and able to create lasting customer relationships
- Excels in merchandising and brand appeal
- Minimum 1 year of previous Key Holder/ Management experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
