As a **Tech (Customer Service Associate)**, you are the face of VRCORE, demonstrating your enthusiasm while delivering superior customer service to all of our customers to ensure that their experience with VRCORE is exceptional. You are team-oriented, enjoy working with others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer information on all services provided
- Set up and walk customers through their virtual reality experience
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on customer bookings/inquiries
- Opening or closing of the store may be required
- Opening and closing of cash register may be required
- Troubleshooting and equipment repair - no previous experience required
- Complete and stay on top of facility maintenance and upkeep tasks
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- Experience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Open to training and learning new skills
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
